Frequently Asked Questions:

1. When does the season start?

Clubs will hold evaluations and make up teams from late March to the end of April.  The season generally starts in late April or early May and continues to mid June.  Playoffs are then held from mid June to the end of June.  Teams winning the city championships can compete in Provincials which is held over the first 2 weeks of July.

2. How do I register my son/daughter to play lacrosse?

Registration is completed through your local club which is determined by where you live.  For more information on registrations, please refer to the REGISTRATIONS page.

3. What equipment will my son/daughter need?

4. What are the age groups?

For the 2010 season, the age groups are as follows:

Mini Tyke - born 2004 and 2005

Tyke - born 2002 and 2003

Novice - born 2000 and 2001

PeeWee - born 1998 and 1999

Bantam - born 1996 and 1997

Midget - born 1994 and 1995
